BD Representative for Engineering Polymers in Russia / CIS (location Samara, Ulianovsk, Toliatti)

Requirements:

• responsible for the Samara, Ulianovsk, Saratov and Tartarstan regions
• develop understanding of the local market for crystalline Engineering Polymers and Elastomer, incl. identification of main customers and position of our competitors
• deals with buying and non-buying (specifying) customers mainly in the automotive, electrical and appliance industry
• develop contacts to industry bodies, universities and other public institutions
• build relations to important customers (industry leaders) and develop business opportunities
• cooperates with the local distributor team in region
• responsible to develop sales and marketing plans for growing share in the respective Automotive/Electrical and Electronics/industrial and other markets
• interacts/networks with colleagues in other countries to better/quicker understands products and markets and assure a coherent approach to multi-national customers
• responsible for maintaining existing business and development of new business and buying
• job is 50/50 technical and commercial

Profile:

• mechanical engineer (or similar)
• 3-5 years experience processing and/or design with engineering polymers
• speaks fluent English, and Russian language
• self-starter and able to work without close supervision
• team worker with good interpersonal sensitivity and skills
• good communicator - verbal and in writing
• working from home office and ready for extensive travel
• leadership potential
• drivers license, car optional
• russian language – fluent
• english language – fluent
