Candidates should have the following skills:

• Experience in developing commercial products in Java
• Experience in J2EE application development
• Experience with many of these programming environments:
  • J2EE - Servlets, EJB, JMS
  • JSP, Struts 
  • Application server experience: JBoss, Tomcat 
  • Clustered application environment 
  • XML, XSL, XSLT 
  • HTML, CSS 
  • JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript 
  • SQL development skills with MYSQL 
  • Hibernate, Spring as a plus 
  • Eclipse 
  • Version control systems: CVS, Subversion 
  • UML diagrams 
  • Bug tracking systems 
  • Use case description 
  • Familiarity with PHP and/or PHP platforms (Drupal, Magento) is a big plus. 

Personal skills:

• High degree of independence, logical approach, fast-learner
• Team player with real experience working in remote distributed environments
• Good bilingual communication skills (Russian or Ukrainian/English)
