SysIQ, Inc., the US-based e-commerce system integrator, is seeking a talented Flash Developer Designer to complement the Creative Team at our Development & Support center in Kiev, Ukraine.

We provide enterprise class solutions, internet marketing, website design and promotion tools that top e-businesses need to succeed. Our projects range from a search engine optimization to a full service IT outsourcing and we offer everything from custom application development to dedicated servers, co-location and managed services, making SysIQ the one-stop-shop for all e-commerce needs. Due to our business expansion and volume growth we are looking for talented professionals to join the team at our Development and Support Center in Kiev, Ukraine.

Core responsibilities:

• Push the creative envelope and conceive innovative ideas and designs for Flash based interactive advertising solutions for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with the design and project delivery team to conceptualize, plan and guide development of Flash based interactive campaigns.
• Provide project updates as necessary.
• Coordinate with campaign delivery team to ensure any client data collection requirements are met.
• Manage time efficiently to meet established project deadlines.
• Maintain own workflow and work under minimal supervision
• Multitask and master new technologies in short periods of time.
• Perform other job-related activities and duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years expert knowledge of designing and developing websites, intranets, banners, landing pages and microsites with Flash 8 and 9/ ActionScript 2. 0 and 3. 0 required.
• Expert at in the Adobe Creative Production Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks) with the ability to hand-code XHTML, CSS and Java Script is a must.
• Experience creating UI layouts, concepts and designs in Flash with attention to file size and usability.
• Comfortable designing and working from information architecture, wirefames and user flows.
• Work well independently as well as within a team environment.
• Must have an online portfolio of prior Flash Action Script examples including; websites, banners, landing pages and micro sites.
