Position Description:
- To support his business growth in Eastern Europe, DuPont Protection Technology is seeking a Business Development Representative who will be responsible for sales and promotion of personal protective solutions made by DuPont:
DuPont Protection Technologies:
- TYVEK® & TYCHEM® chemical & particulate protective disposable garments;
- NOMEX® flame retardant garments and fabrics;
- KEVLAR® cut and other mechanical protection gloves.
Requirements:
- Engineering University background, preferably Chemical, Process or Mechanical Engineering
- Preferably, experience in working with O&G, road construction markets
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of time.
- Strong sales skills and proven track record
- Excellent communication, persuasive and presentation skills;
- Ability to build trusting relationships externally and internally
- High level of energy and dedication, personal motivation, flexibility;
- Language skills in English and Russian
- Self drive and Self starter, not waiting for instructions
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Possibility to work home-based
Responsibilities:
- To create opportunities and generate sales for the DuPont Protection Technology business
- Achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives;
- Managing local distributors and garment manufacturers: setting and achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability through sales forecasting and delivery planning, focusing distributor’s sales force onto DuPont product range, conducting product training for distributors and garment manufacturers;
- Developing and managing new distribution networks;
- Providing a link between end users and the distributors/garment manufacturers;
- Facilitating product promotion, customer loyalty and incentive programs (CRM);
- Market and value chain assessment, including validation of market size, segmentation, trends, legislation;
- Understanding and mapping of the value chain, including end users, distributors and garment manufacturers, industry influencers and decision making processes;
