Responsibilities:

• Achieves top line target and maximizes returns on investments in Key Accounts
• Builds an effective partnership with distributors
• Creates an integrated framework for data analysis, performance review and channels feedback
• Delivers brand portfolio strategy to consolidate market leadership
• Establishes preferred - status relationship and negotiates directly with Key Accounts
• Formulates Key Accounts marketing programs and merchandising standard and procedures
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role with direct reportees of Key Account personnels or   minimum 4 years as a Key Account Manager in blue-chip FMCG organizations
• Higly self - motivated and be able to motivate others
• Great supervision skills
• Good knowledge in English
• MBA has an advantage
