Now N-iX announces a new vacancy at StreamServe Ukraine team - it is Junior Java developer.

Apart from the training to catch up the software, there is provided assistance of experienced developers with a good knowledge of the system and the code base. As the experience with StreamServe software grows, the person can be also involved with development projects using wide range of technologies giving the person a chance for continuous professional and career growth.

Required skills:

• Knowledge of object oriented programming and design;
  
• Good knowledge and expertise inJava programming language and Java development environment;
• Knowledge of XSL/XML, JavaScript;
• Knowledge of relational databases, experience with at least one if the Database Management Servers (MS SQL Servers, Oracle, MySQL etc.);
• Basic experience in Servlets, WeB GUI, MVC framework (Struts, Cocoon);
• Experience of working with Test Driven Development;
• English intermediate or higher (ability to express opinions both written and oral/ understand routine information/ write letter or make notes on familiar related to work matters)

Desired skills:

• University degree in Programming or equivalent with honor;
• Knowledge of the Java community, what techniques are available, which open source packages etc;
• Ajax, Spring, Google Web Toolkit experience is a plus;
• Team working and results orientation
• Good command of English
