Our client – international production FMCG company, undisputable leader of its business industry is looking for a Brand Manager.
Purpose of the job:
Brand Manager is responsible for the development of the plans that will establish and maintain current and long-range marketing plans for designated products (manage brand equity and business decisions, relative to brand strategies and financial KPI)
Responsibilities:
- Determines the optimal portfolio strategy, paying attention to new products as well as the base business
- Shapes a long-term strategic plan for category and brands
- Translates consumer insights into brand strategy and marketing plans
- Identifies new ways to grow the category by increasing penetration, frequency and usage
- Makes product, media, and promotion investment decisions based on comprehensive analysis of marketplace opportunities, competition, category/brand performance, and profitability
- Develops creative ideas to grow profitability
- Capitalizes on relevant data about consumer/shopper trends, usage, and segmentation
Requirements:
- University Degree in Economics, Marketing or MBA
- 4-5 year of marketing/trade marketing experience with FMCG companies
- Proficient understanding of Marketing principles and practices
- Effective communication (especially cross-functional) and influencing with capability to drive changes
- Complexity Management (managing multiple large and small projects at one time)
- Strategic thinker and visionary; strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Consumer Insight
- Managing outsourcing teams (working with Ad. Agencies)
- Strong persuasion and influencing skills
- Ability to communicate with different people and interest in the subordinate’s development
- Analytical Skills
- Fluent English
