Senior ASP.Net Developer

• Design and develop code for web client and server-side application components
• Deliver quality code by applying sound development practices, leveraging test driven development methodology and supporting test automation
• Perform system integration and testing, problem troubleshooting and resolution
• Participate in estimating project efforts and delivery timelines
• Participate in peer design and code reviews 
• Identify technical, schedule, and other project risks and provide relevant feedback
• Proactively collaborate with teammates and communicate with project stakeholders to ensure project efforts proceed efficiently and with predictability
• Provide technical input into product roadmaps, negotiating compromises between business and technical constraints

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or College Diploma
• Minimum 4+ years of related experience as a Software Engineer in production of commercial software developing web-based products 
• Minimum 3 years of C# programming 
• Must have solid development experience with C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery, CSS, DHTML, XML, SQL (Stored Procedure, View, Functions ect.)
• Minimum 3of working with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with Tracking systems (TFS or ect.)
• Knowledge or experience with test driven development and agile/iterative development methodologies 
• Prior experience with test automation tools and techniques is a definite asset 
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple concurrent assignments 
• Able to learn quickly and effectively apply new knowledge 
• Strong analytic skills, problem-solving ability and attention to detail
