We provide enterprise class solutions, internet marketing, website design and promotion tools that e-businesses need to succeed. Our projects range from a search engine optimization to a full service IT outsourcing and we offer everything from custom application development to dedicated servers, co-location and managed services, making SysIQ the one-stop-shop for all e-commerce needs. Due to our business expansion and volume growth we are looking for talented professionals to join the team at our Development and Support Center in Kiev, Ukraine.

Job Responsibilities:

• Development and unit testing of e-commerce applications based on Java platforms like Intershop Enfinity and DemandWare; appropriate training is provided as needed
• Adherence to the company's agile-based software development process
• Team work including but not limited to review of customer requirements and specifications, planning and coordination of tasks within the team and with team leader
• Research and learning of new e-commerce and development technologies

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience developing AJAX applications with current/upcoming web technologies 
• Strong understanding of object-oriented JavaScript
• Experience with jQuery and writing jQuery plug-ins
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and cross-browser issues
• Experience with optimizing page load times
• Experience writing server side controller code (Java)
• Experience with unit testing frameworks
• Familiarity with continuous integration and load testing tools, JUnit, SVN
• Knowledge of e-commerce solutions is a plus
• Technical English is mandatory, fluent spoken English is a plus
