Due to our business expansion and volume growth we are looking for talented professionals to join the team at our Development and Support Center in Kiev, Ukraine.

Functions:

• Ensure all PMO activities are subordinated to the main objectives of PMO:
  
  • Provide oversight across all key initiatives to ensure the proper integration and success of all projects
  • Define the structure and process necessary to assure the proper reporting and control for multiple concurrent projects
  • Portfolio Management
  • Develop Standards and Guidelines
  • Develop Practices to Improve Project Performance and Overall Success
  • Facilitate maintenance of and access to projects materials
  • Provide centralized project management expertise
  • Create a Project Management Culture
• Provide a single point of entry for all new projects at the start point of the planning phase.
• Be a major contact for account managers at the project planning phase.
• Maintain the project risk register and suggest/analyze risk mitigation actions.
• Analyze interdependencies between the projects and report on the appropriate actions.
• Maintain the PMO documentation
• Provide the required assistance to the project managers on PM methodology.
• Suggest improvements to the current project management methodology and implement the appropriate changes.

Required Skills:

• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of PM standards and best practices (PMBoK, IPMA, PMI)
• Knowledge of the PMO best practices and methodology.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Experience with PM software tools and report builders.
