Dragon Capital, a leading Ukrainian investment bank, is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Equity Research Analyst.

Responsibilities :

• Generate investment ideas
• Synthesize and assess industry data
• Create, update and maintain financial and valuation models
• Write reports/notes on investment themes and events in English
• Keep abreast of company filings and be capable of processing new information

Requirements :

• Strong academic background in economics and finance (MBA/CFA desirable)
• Relevant work experience
• Good quantitative and modeling skills
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Understanding of and proven experience with financial statement analysis
• Very good written and spoken English
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Proactive and ready to work under pressure
• Team player
