Due to our business expansion and volume growth we are looking for talented professionals to join the team at our Development and Support Center in Kiev, Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• Describe, review and approve the management processes and create the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Document, review and analyze the quality policy
• Provide a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives that should be communicated and understood within the company
• Ensure that the quality objectives are measurable and consistent with the quality policy
• Ensure that the integrity of QMS is maintained when changes to QMS are planned and implemented
• Ensure that organizational changes are carried out in a controlled way and QMS is respectively managed and reflect the changes
• Approve the audit program, annual audit schedule and subsequent changes to the audit program and schedule
• Approve suitable methods for monitoring and, where applicable, measurement of processes
• Control, measure and improve the processes
• Control the audit plans and lead the internal audits.
• Initiate corrective and preventive actions, if appropriate

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Work experience at a position related to Quality Management
• Knowledge of methods and tools for Quality Management
• Knowledge of Quality standards: ISO:9001-2000/2008, CMMi
• Knowledge of ITIL v.3.
• Experience in statistic data analysis, preparation of reports and presentations
• Advanced user of MS Office,
• Experience in business-processes analysis and description
• Experience in internal auditing
