Position: Researcher – International Executive Search Firm
Pedersen & Partners is more concerned with natural ability rather than recruitment experience and is looking for someone who is, primarily, bright, career driven, motivated and with solid work ethic. The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre.
Role:
- Supporting and working alongside Executive Search Consultants and Directors you will be expected to proactively source candidates via targeted market mapping, database searching, networking and headhunting. Substantial part of your work will relate to the administration of the office as well as to contractual record keeping.
Candidate:
- Strong cross-cultural experience, preferably from living/ studying/ working abroad
- Strong motivation to grow with an international friendly team in a dynamic business
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must, other language skills are of benefit
- Efficient face-to-face and phone communicator able to win trust and confidence
- Outstanding analytical skills and ability to quickly go into details and set priorities
- Team member possessing the highest responsiveness to the colleagues’ needs
- Outstanding project management and time management skills
- Well developed presentation skills
- Excellent PC skills
- Organized, able to work independently in a multi-task environment
- Enjoy working in an international environment
- No previous recruitment experience is required
- Most importantly be self motivated and driven to succeed
