Nestle Group, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing on the territory of Ukraine, is seeking a specialist on the position S&IM Purchasing Manager in Kiev.

Main Purpose of Job:

• Organize and lead S&IM  Purchasing Team , manage the ‘Procure to Pay’ process in order to purchase all materials required by the company at the lowest possible cost to the business while ensuring the best fit to our technical specifications and quality standards.

 Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the S&IM Purchasing team. Support and develop Strategic & Operational Buyers in S&Im in order to get the best team performance.
• Study the market for all S&IM materials required by the company. Have a good understanding of the cost drivers and market dynamics for all key materials.
• Define & implement the most appropriate Purchasing Strategy for S&IMspend categories
• Screen & select vendors for S&IM materials, organise tenders and competitive bids. Encourage/facilitate/organise in conjunction with supplier audits to retain preferred/approved suppliers
• Analyse tender results and participate in key negotiations
• Conclude contracts in full compliance with the company’s legal standards and in full compliance with the Ukrainian legislation
• Continuous improvement. Ensure availability and proper use of all standard KPIs defined for ‘Procure to Pay’. Continually monitors the performance (KPI’s), reliability and viability of suppliers
• Identify and lead improvement projects to re-design and implement improved structure, processes and tools.
• For S&IM, ensure the best support is given to all initiators and interface proactively with NBS
• Interface proactively with Z-Eur purchasing initiatives (ELB’s, etc.) and continuously searches for benefits from cross-border collaboration with other Nestlé markets.

 Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 5 years experience in Purchasing
• As preference previous experience in other Operational Function (Strategic Buyer)
• Project management experience
• Higher education
• English (Upper-Intermediate level)
• Excellent PC skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Management skills
