Main Responsibilities

 

  • Travel Support Coordination Service for personnel (tickets, hotels reservation).
  • Interaction with Travel Company. Solution all problematic and controversial issues associated with the company (ticketing, hotels, limits, e.t.c.);
  • Adjustment of accounts on business trips;
  • Control of limits on travel expenses;
  • Assistance in resolving problematic issues, related to execution of a business trip;
  • Analysis of data on current expenditures on business trips to the Heads of Departments;
  • Organization and conduct of the payment, full circle (collection bills and other attend financial documents, PR-creation, conduction on SAP-system, finalizing of payment with Accountant Brunch);
  • Registration of incoming and outgoing correspondence. List of documents as subject to registration, will be determined and specified further in a separate instruction;
  • Establishment of budget software for all suppliers;
  • Support managers in support current challenges.

 

Skills and Knowledge

 

  • Analytical abilities;
  • Organizational skills;
  • High level of PC skills ;
  • Work experience (in the position of administrator, personal assistant, office manager) > 1 year ;
  • Experience of work with documentation flow, financial documents;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Excellent administration skills;
  • Good English.
