Main Responsibilities - Travel Support Coordination Service for personnel (tickets, hotels reservation).
- Interaction with Travel Company. Solution all problematic and controversial issues associated with the company (ticketing, hotels, limits, e.t.c.);
- Adjustment of accounts on business trips;
- Control of limits on travel expenses;
- Assistance in resolving problematic issues, related to execution of a business trip;
- Analysis of data on current expenditures on business trips to the Heads of Departments;
- Organization and conduct of the payment, full circle (collection bills and other attend financial documents, PR-creation, conduction on SAP-system, finalizing of payment with Accountant Brunch);
- Registration of incoming and outgoing correspondence. List of documents as subject to registration, will be determined and specified further in a separate instruction;
- Establishment of budget software for all suppliers;
- Support managers in support current challenges.
Skills and Knowledge - Analytical abilities;
- Organizational skills;
- High level of PC skills ;
- Work experience (in the position of administrator, personal assistant, office manager) > 1 year ;
- Experience of work with documentation flow, financial documents;
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent administration skills;
- Good English.
