Administrative Assistant
Main purpose of job:
- Provide functional & administrative assistance
- Facilitate departmental communication, reporting and key meetings
- Provide functional & administrative support, facilitating its effective work and efficiency
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Higher education (Kievo-Mogilyanska Academy or Taras Shevchenko Univesity - Marketing)
Skills and Knowledge:
- Good communication skills
- High level of PC skills
- Excellent administration skills
- Good English (both oral and written)
- Work experience (in the position of administrator, personal assistant, office manager) > 1 year
- Experience of work with documentation flow, financial documents
