THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Personnel Cost budget Preparation:
  
  • Participate in Market Salary Survey Analyses. Ensure timely and qualitative completion of Salary Survey questionnaires and provide analyzes of submitted reports.
  • Regularly update economic trends and indicators
  • Coordinate the personnel cost budget process to make sure the timely completion and submission of Personnel Costs for OPL and Revisions during a year. Consolidate the Personnel Cost budget at Market level.
  • Monitor and provide updates to Management of Personnel Costs on monthly basis.
  • Prepare and monitor MOGE consolidated budget of HR Department.
  • Monitor and control bonus payments. Calculate the bonus pay-outs based on achieved results provided by businesses. Prepare the information on Accruals of the Personnel Cost and consolidated cost of HR Department.
  • Maintain Compensation information in the system SAP related to C&B function and support the process of salary review (ECM).
• Collective Agreement:
  
  • Administer benefits and Collective Labour Agreement including communication to employees
  • Coordinate Social Fund Procedure implementation and abidance/adherence.
  • Provide suggestions on improving the beneficial programs for Nestle Ukraine employees in HO and other locations.
• Expatriation:
  
  • Administer all Expartiates issues including their remuneration package, health insurance, moves and housing.
  • Monitor the rental prices on the Market and negotiate the conditions of rental agreements with landlords or via agencies.
• Medical Insurance:
  
  • Coordinate Medical Insurance program for Nestle Ukraine employees. Analyze the satisfactory level of employees with current conditions and services provided.
  • Monitor the Market trends on Medical Insurance and Life Insurance programs

THE KEY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Higher education preferred in Economics
• 1-3 years of experience in C&B
• English upper intermediate or advanced
• Advanced user of Excel, Access
• SAP experience
• Developed Analytical skills
• Developed Communication and Presentation skills
• Flexibility
