Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Controlling inventory records in 1C on daily basis (reconciliations with storehouse records)
• Maintain checks on regular basis between purchasing requests and recorded inventory
• Organize and participate in regular stock counts (surprise and monthly check)
• Food & Beverages (F&B) daily and monthly COS (cost of sales) reporting and developing potential F&B analysis reports
• Monitoring and tracking sales and interface with Income Audit on cost and sales allocations.
• Assisting in special projects as determined by Financial Controller

Requirements:

• Knowledge and proficiency in 1C required (regarding inventory and COS accounting), plus computer literate in Excel processing
• Previous F&B cost analysis experience
• inventory count experience (food and beverages)
• Аbility to read, write, and communicate in English
• Тeamwork is a must as well as a self-starter and ability to work with little or no supervision
• Аbility to take the responsibility for all actions and to make quick decisions in frequently changing circumstances
