Nestle Group, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing on the territory of Ukraine, is seeking a specialist on the position Trade Assets Analyst in Kiev.

Main Purpose of Job:

• Equipment efficiency evaluation and monitoring
• Support Equipment Order-Deliver Process
• Channel sales analysis
• Reports "building" and customization
• Support and improve equipment database

• Responsible for evaluation and monitoring of coffee machines efficiency in regions/on operators
• Support of in-time import of coffee machines & units to Ukraine. Coordination of dispatches to contracted operators.
• Ensure Trade Assets Data Base Support
  
  • Machines placements/replacements
  • Cups consumption rate / weight per drinks
  • Clients’ data
• Controlling and supporting in-time rent period closure
• Create customers/channel database and provide researches and analyses to show direction for further sales penetration, and marketing activities
• Analyze and monitor important statistics data, analysis and monitoring of performance results

• Commercial companies practical experience, project management experience
• Experience in sales data administration and monitoring; sales analysis
• Higher Education

• MS ACCESS deep knowledge (including modules, macros and programming)
• Analytical abilities to evaluate business performance
• Organizational and management skills
• Good English, excellent Excel + Modules & Macros and SQL application knowledge. Programming in SQL, VB – additional advantage.
