Product Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Development of :
- a brand strategy (brand positioning, pricing strategy,
distribution, promotion);
- actions and events aimed at neutralization of activity of
competitors;
- advertising and promotion actions and events aimed
at stimulation of consumers' demand for a relevant brand.
Development and submission of the briefs on work
with the products.
· Co-ordination of and supervision over the work connected with a brand — beginning from submission of a brief and to the brand promotion on the market. Making reports on implementation of such work.
· Work with advertising agencies, submission of recommendations to Country Manager in respect of the necessary research in the sphere of advertising.
· Co-ordination and formation of competitive assortment of the products, local development of brands.
· Development, co-ordination and control on the use of resources of advertising budget for the relevant brand.
· Development of reports and files in respect of a brand, as well as preparation of the report on the changes connected with the product.
· Development of short- and long-term brand sales
forecasts.
· Tracking of competitors’ activity.
· Observance and implementation of "Nestle Basic
Principles of Management and Control".
Main Requirements:
· Complete or basic higher education (marketing, management)
· Experience of work in the sphere of marketing of 2 years
· Communicability
· High level of PC skills
· Good analytical skills
· Good English
