GlobalLogic is looking for a talented project manager to join Healthcare division program based in Lviv. Candidate expected to meet following criteria:

Required skills:

• Excellent Project Management skills. Experience in software projects management with the team of 20+ people
• High degree of initiative and self motivation. Ability to work on multi-tasks and confirm to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
• Ability to work independently under pressure, within challenging priorities towards to business goals
• Successfully completed at least 2-3 medium to large sized, cross-functional projects involving multiple systems in a team based environment
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills, focused towards customer satisfaction
• People Management skills, experience with distributed teams management
• Risk Management (analysis and mitigation)
• Good understanding of Quality and Process frameworks. Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices
• Responsible for implementation of Quality and other organizational processes
• Strong team player, with the ability to communicate with both technical and business people, at all levels of the organization
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback to subordinates
• Ready to be on periodical travels Must have:
• At least 5 years of management experience leading IT professionals
• Bachelor's/Master's degree (engineering degree is preferred)
• Speak English fluently

Desired skills:

• Experience in embedded software development or healthcare projects
• Work in process regulated environment
• PMP Certification is a plus
• Experience in software architecture development
• Experience in Quality Assurance and Control
• System programming background
