International FMCG Company Responsibilities: - to administer the automated management system AMS (as OPTIMUM, Sales Works etc.) and network workstations (company, distributors);
- to investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and provide solutions;
- troubleshoot networks, AMS and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties;
- to document network problems and resolutions for future reference;
- identify utilization patterns and their effect on system availability and performance expectations;
- to anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventive measures;
- to contact with external service provider on an operational level;
- ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability;
- purchase process for hardware, software licenses and services on local level;
- to create and implement the external reports on the basis of Crystal Reports and OLAP;
- to provide presentations, lectures and practical training with users and assist end-users (office, distributors).
Requirements: - 3+ years experience at the position of IT administrator
- good experience in MS SQL Server, ASM (like Sales Work), ERP-system, 1C
- knowledge of OLAP
- at least intermediate English
