Responsibilities:

  • to administer the automated management system AMS (as OPTIMUM, Sales Works etc.) and network workstations (company, distributors);
  • to investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and provide solutions;
  • troubleshoot networks, AMS and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties;
  • to document network problems and resolutions for future reference;
  • identify utilization patterns and their effect on system availability and performance expectations;
  • to anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventive measures;
  • to contact with external service provider on an operational level;
  • ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability;
  • purchase process for hardware, software licenses and services on local level;
  • to create and implement the external reports on the basis of Crystal Reports and OLAP;
  • to provide presentations, lectures and practical training with users and assist end-users (office, distributors).

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience at the position of IT administrator
  • good experience in MS SQL Server, ASM (like Sales Work), ERP-system, 1C
  • knowledge of OLAP
  • at least intermediate English
