• oop, patterns
• unit testing
• understanding of Ant
• experience with xml processing

• requirements finalization (negotiation and clarification)
• software design
• coding
• unit, acceptance, integration testing
• code review
• documenting produced artifacts
• written and verbal communication with customer in English
• communication inside a team (interpersonal communication, meetings, reporting, etc.)
• learn domain
• Business trips to customer

Desired skills:

• GWT
• pl/sql
• experience with IDE:
• Eclipse or netbeans
• basics of Telecom domain
• experience with WebLogic, WebSphere
• understanding of ejb 2.1, experience is a plus
• understanding of WebServices, experience is a plus
• understanding of jms, experience is a plus
