The Alliance is the biggest non-governmental organization since 2000 supporting community action against HIV/AIDS and other epidemics in Ukraine, one of the largest in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Our diverse team consists of over 100 professionals: MDs and PhDs, medical, finance and procurement professionals, experts in public health and administration, social work, community mobilization and human rights, lawyers, and many others.

Our national and international programs supported by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, EU, USAID, other donors, contributed to curbing epidemics in the region. We constantly grow, sharing our best practices across the globe, and tackling other epidemics – TB and viral Hepatitis. With multimillion annual budget Alliance supports hundreds of NGOs covering around 250 000 most-at-risk populations with prevention and treatment services, advocates for making national AIDS policy effective.
